Complete the registration form and confirm with ASGA. Register early to save money. ASGA members save $100 per person. Not sure who’s attending? Enter “TBD” — you can update names later.

☐3. Reserve Hotel Rooms
Visit the Hotel page to book at the ASGA discounted rate. The Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration (2900 Parkway Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747) is the official conference hotel. Book early as the block sells out!
☐4. Get Airline Tickets
If it would take more than 8 hours to drive, fly in. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 20 miles from the conference hotel.
☐5. Arrange Ground Transportation
Orlando has limited public transit. From MCO: taxi ($52–$68), shuttle ($22–$37/person), or Uber/Lyft ($76–$97). ASGA recommends a rental car for sightseeing. The hotel offers a free shuttle to all Disney parks and Universal Studios. Parking: free at the ASGA hotel, $17/day elsewhere. See the Travel page for full details.

☐7. Buy Theme Park Tickets
ASGA discount: Save on Universal Studios tickets! Order discounted tickets here, or visit the Group Sales window at Universal Studios (8am–4pm) or Islands of Adventure (8am–2pm). Explore Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, The Simpsons, and more.
☐8. Conference Attire
ASGA strongly recommends business or business casual attire for the conference.
☐9. Bring Business Cards, Brochures & Swag
Bring SG business cards, brochures, constitutions, sweatshirts, and swag to exchange with delegates from across the country.
☐10. Check the Local Weather
Orlando is hot in July — highs of 85–90°F, with afternoon thundershowers common. Meeting rooms are often cool, so pack a layer. Check the local forecast.
☐11. Review the Conference Schedule
Review the conference schedule and plan which workshops to attend. Know when each day starts and ends.
